The townhouse while being long and narrow has a design and selected finishes that makes you feel like you are entering a luxurious spacious open home. The judges were impressed with the central living space that flowed to an enclosed alfresco with built in teppanyaki hotplates, the generous master suite with an opulent ensuite, the multiple living spaces across the levels and the exceptional workmanship, all which create a well-appointed home. Incorporating solar passive design & energy efficient principles, the dwelling exceeded BASIX energy and water targets creating a townhouse designed for modern living.
