Notes:
- Where the cabinetry for the project is manufactured and installed by a secondary contractor, the contractor should be a joint entrant e.g. the cabinetmaker.
- Where new and renovated categories are offered, a new kitchen is defined as a kitchen in a new home or in a renovation project where the space for the kitchen is a new part of the home. A renovated kitchen is defined as a new kitchen within an existing space in a residential building.
