A purpose-designed music room adds a personal touch, and the generous timber deck seamlessly extends the living area outdoors. A significant focus was placed on thermal performance, with substantial insulation to walls, floors, and ceilings. Energy efficiency was further supported by a 7kW solar array and rainwater harvesting systems servicing greywater and irrigation demands.
