This home was designed for an elderly lady to live in permanently. The internals consist of a large disability friendly bathroom, Generous sized main bedroom, sun room/second bedroom and separate laundry. There was good access from the carport with one level from the deck with good flow. Good initiative with the wall cladding and well finished and fully off the grid. A simple house that served the clients purpose well.
