The brief for this project in Mildura had a strong guiding principle at its core: first and foremost, these are homes. It's a testament to the design, and the skill of the builder, that this goal has absolutely been achieved, while also delivering to the Platinum standard of the Liveable Housing Guidelines.
Zero-step thresholds provide easy access throughout. Joinery can easily be removed or altered if required by future residents. All wet-area walls have provisions for future installation of grab rails, and there is provision for installation of ceiling tracks in all bedrooms and ensuites too.
It's clear the builder has put a great deal of care and effort into this project, and the end result is a wonderful home environment that can easily adapt to the needs of its residents over time.
