The commitment to work health and safety management from Eden Brae Homes is evident in the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Management Software they have developed and implemented company-wide. The system manages information, including documentation, quality and safety inspections, sets safety targets and implements actions following an incident, showing that site safety is their utmost priority. They have created a top-down approach spanning all aspects of their business from not only a company perspective but externally as well. They take responsibility for training, coaching and mentoring onsite staff and extending this obligation to contractors - an excellent example of safe work practices and a demonstrated safety culture.
