The owners reimagined traditional home expansion through a visionary modular second storey. Crafted off-site, three modular pods were seamlessly integrated with the existing structure. Despite facing setbacks, the project was completed within six months. The distinctive pitched roof, 'shingles' of hand-folded Colorbond, and opulent finishes impart a sense of luxury, elevating the home beyond preconceived limitations of modular building. Uniting practicality and unparalleled design, this project redefines the essence of modular homes, setting a new benchmark for innovation and architectural excellence.
