Innovation in Housing

Nestled in the stunning landscapes of Ocean View sits a modern barnyard retreat that perfectly complements its picturesque setting. What began as the Noosa 424 standard design quickly evolved into a custom masterpiece, allowing the clients to create a home that is uniquely their own. The barnyard theme shines through with monument steel cladding, gabled roofing, and timber-style cement panel accents, infusing the exterior with rustic charm and contemporary flair. Inside, barnyard doors serve as both stylish separators and functional elements, enhancing the elegance of the living spaces. A striking paulownia wood feature wall, paired with a cosy timber fireplace, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Expansive awning windows with retractable fly screens bring the outdoors in, while impressive bi-fold doors effortlessly connect the indoor and outdoor areas, creating a seamless living experience. Every detail has been meticulously crafted ensuring a perfect balance of opulence and practicality.
