Winner: Erin Oxley - Shape Australia / WIDAC
From ballet, to admin, to construction Project Manager for SHAPE Australia and a Founding Director of Women in Design & Construction – demonstrates Erin’s determination to achieve great things in the industry. Within 3 and half years, Erin’s career has rapidly risen through the ranks from administration to Project Management, and currently managing multiple projects for SHAPE Construction & Fit-Out.
In addition to this, and in collaboration with her Co-Founder & National Director Althea Papinczak, their national networking organisation Women in Design & Construction has received significant growth in membership and deliverables.
Erin has efficiently and effectively handled her dual roles and responsibilities for SHAPE Australia and Women in Design & Construction and has achieved all under the age of 30 years.
