Winner: Sally Coghlan - Rome Design & Construct
What started off as a casual administration job offer from her cousin at a family event, has now turned into a full time career within the construction industry. Sally had no idea what she was in for, with no knowledge of the building industry other than “builders build houses “. Sally’s incredible organisation skills, passion for excellence, strong leadership skills and personality type have allowed her to excel on this journey at an unexpected rate. Since opening in 2017, Rome Design & Construct have grown at a rapid rate. Their success would not have been achieved without integral team members such as Sally.
