Designed with sensitivity to neighbours, the home protects sightlines and avoids overshadowing. Integrated retaining walls and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions make the most of the site's complexity. Internally, a restrained palette highlights the home's materiality, while passive design ensures comfort year-round. The layout balances privacy and openness, zoning living and sleeping areas across levels.
