This two-storey Hampton's-style home offers a perfect balance of functionality and elegance, capturing views from both the front and rear. The adjustments from the original design have resulted in a classic facade adorned with colonial bar windows, gable vents, and a timeless colour scheme of grey with white accents, creating a welcoming and picturesque exterior.
The lower level of the home is designed for practical living, featuring a study, a well-appointed laundry with a walk-in storeroom, and a separate powder room for added convenience. The heart of the home lies in the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space, providing a seamless flow for everyday living and entertaining.
Upstairs, the home offers three bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite for added comfort and privacy. The main three-way bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms, ensuring functionality and accessibility for all occupants. Additionally, a second living area opens out onto the rear balcony, offering a tranquil retreat with views of the surrounding landscape.
