2021 HIA-CSR Tasmanian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards

Winner: Lane Group Construction

An 1800s tiny house brought back to life with some clever design and high standard of workmanship.

Use of a wall bed and the flood of natural light into the centre living areas of the house along with high ceilings in the small living room increase the feeling of space. There is use of quality Double glazed windows, Tas Oak linings to the walls, ceilings and floors showcasing the quality of finish throughout the home.
