A challenging site requires skill to design townhouses that fit well onto this street. But to follow up with a design featuring a palette of materials including timber vertical boards, colorbond steel, and Grey Etched blockwork creates a development that fits well into the streetscape.
21 townhouses do not dominate the location as the townhouses drift down the slope of the block without creating a feeling of a massive complex. Internally quality is immediately obvious in the details of the stairs and timber screens.
Full height doors, an elegant bathroom and ensuite highlight that the townhouses had extra care and supervision in the build. Discussions with the owner reinforced our view that this townhouse was above average and a very good place to live.
