When renovating Villa Donini, it was integral that the design harmonised the historical charm of the villa with modern luxury and innovation. Early collaboration with interstate clients set clear communication standards, using 3D renders to vividly present the vision for a modern Tuscan-style villa.
Internally, the design brief was exceeded with the transformation showcasing luxury and detail. Chevron flooring and custom stonework unify the spaces, while enhanced traditional cedar doors and hardwood handrails add sophistication.
The project included comprehensive quality assurance as what comes when renovating an older home, including advanced moisture extraction, smart climate control, and safety upgrades. Innovative construction methods, like re-pitching the indoor pool's roof for a state-of-the-art HVAC system, highlighted the project's dedication to both design and functionality.
