The “Indochine House” is a treasure of memories, moments and visions collected from across the globe. This home represents the owners’ love of South East Asia but also express their new lifestyle in North Queensland. This distinctive home is a collaborative design between architectural firm Hamilton, Hayes, Henderson Architects, and built by Ken and his team at Urban Trend Constructions. The home’s layout is created within three separate independent wings. The interior of the main house is connected by gallery hallways with full height glazing and louvres to provide tranquil lighting and fresh breezes throughout the day and evenings. The pavilion ceiling at four metres high, creates a relaxed and inviting aura. The lagoon style pool is the jewel of this home, incorporating a child friendly shallows, mosaic waterfall feature and integrated alfresco dining. Not only aesthetically splendid but also creates the perfect zone for the home owners’ and their extended family to enjoy all year round.
