HIA Victorian Apprentice Awards
Winner: Caitlyn Goodman
Caitlyn's host describes her as an exceptional employee, well on her way to becoming a talented and skillful carpenter, and in the words of HIA's judges she is a standout candidate - one of the best apprentices we've seen in some time. In addition to excelling at the hands-on aspects of the job, Caitlyn has also demonstrated a keen awareness of what it takes to run a successful team and manage a project from start to finish.
The judges feel Caitlyn is an excellent role model, a future leader in the industry, and someone who is very likely to succeed in her long term goal to one day run her own building business. These qualities and more make her a deserving recipient of the 2025 HIA Alec Fuller Victorian Apprentice of the Year award.
