Built to meet the needs of downsizing clients, this Beechworth home was conceived from the ground up, to be an example of energy efficiency and sustainability, without compromising design or finish. It boasts a comprehensive suite of environmental features, including triple glazed thermally broken windows, rainwater storage, heat recovery ventilation and a 4 kilowatt photovoltaic system. These features and more combine to achieve Certified Passive House status.
