In the words of the judges, this Geelong West home "delivers a diverse and emotional reaction from every angle you view it”. They praised the builder’s technique and attention to detail throughout, in delivering a home that is “designed for living in”. The colour palette, combination of warm timber floors with the concrete, and the modern usable kitchen, were just some of the aspects the judges found noteworthy.
