With three children reaching young adulthood, the owners of this Malvern home were looking for more space, including expanding to four bedrooms all with ensuites.
The rear and upper floor of the home has been expanded, and a new laundry, powder room, butlers' pantry and alfresco have also been added downstairs. Insulation and glazing upgrades have also improved the home's overall energy performance.
The new parquetry flooring to the ground floor and floor-to-ceiling Italian porcelain tiles in the ensuites are among the many highlights. High-end fixtures and finishes are utilised throughout, and all trades have completed their works to a noteworthy standard.
