Drawing inspiration from Tuscan architecture, this home reinterprets the style through a modern lens, prioritising both functionality and connection to its site. The entry colonnade establishes a sense of arrival, leading into expansive open-plan interiors oriented to capture Freshwater Bay views. A central courtyard with terraced pool and sheltered entertaining areas extends the living spaces, reinforcing the home's seamless indoor-outdoor flow. High ceilings, travertine, reclaimed timber and finely detailed cabinetry introduce warmth and timeless character, offset by contemporary proportions and finishes. On the upper level, the main suite, study and sitting room open to a balcony overlooking the river, while a cellar and integrated appliances enhance liveability.
