Exhibiting time
A briefing will take place on Thursday 15 May 2025 at 9:00am in the networking area located in the in the Goldfields Event Space. You will need your name badge to gain access. The briefing will include instructions on lead scanning.

Time: Wednesday 14 May 3:00pm - 5:00pm, Thursday 15 May 7:00am – 9:00am

Date: Friday, 16 May 2025

Exhibitors can collect their passes from the HIA-Bondor registration desk located in the Goldfields foyer and should be collected prior to the exhibitor briefing at 9:00am Thursday 15 May.
Exhibitor pass includes:

- Expo lunch on Friday
