Lisa Ketjen is the Corporate Partnerships Manager of the Usher Group, a proudly Australian family-owned company located on Queensland’s Gold Coast employing close to 500 staff and an annual turnover of $100 million.

Lisa holds board positions at the Southern Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce , Bond University Women’s Network , and is also a Sydney Build Women in Construction Ambassador & Women in Construction" Mental Health Ambassador as well as a Future Lady Tradies Ambassador.

Lisa is passionate about Business, Networking, Family and Giving back to the community across work with various Charities and Not for Profits.

Megan Nastrom

Co-Founder and Display Home Interior Designer/Stylist of Ultra Living Homes

Megan Nastrom is the Co-Founder and Display Home Interior Designer/Stylist of Ultra Living Homes. A driving force behind the company’s acclaimed display homes, Megan leads the creative vision from initial design briefs through to colour selections, onsite progress, staging, and marketing. Her leadership and passion for creating exceptional client experiences earned her the prestigious 2022 HIA QLD Building Women Executive Leadership Award.

Under Megan’s direction, Ultra Living Homes has received numerous accolades, including the 2023 HIA Sunshine Coast/Wide Bay Best Display Home ($300k–$500k), the 2024 HIA Best Display Home Gold Coast and Northern Rivers (over $1 million), and HIA Best Display Home Queensland (over $1 million). Most recently, the business was named as a National Finalist for Display Home of the Year at the 2025 HIA-CSR Australia Housing Awards. Megan was also awarded the HIA & IDA Queensland Design Professional of the Year in 2023, further cementing her reputation as a standout figure in residential design and construction.

Balancing her roles as a businesswoman, wife, and mother of two, Megan is a firm believer in the power of perspective, support networks and networking, and perseverance to overcome challenges.
