Want to know what happens when people don’t know how to give feedback, or ask for feedback properly? They don’t. They avoid it. And when we avoid feedback conversations, we create unnecessary space for frustration, assumptions, resentment, and we allow performance gaps to grow.

By not equipping ourselves with the necessary skills to navigate feedback conversations effectively, we miss out on the opportunity for growth, improvement, and enhanced relationships. Unresolved issues and unaddressed concerns can lead to a toxic work environment and hinder individual and collective progress.

This express feedback session packs a punch in the very best of ways!

We delve into the critical elements of successful feedback conversations, providing you with practical strategies to overcome the barriers that impede effective communication.

By embracing skillful approaches to giving and soliciting feedback, you can:

  • foster a culture of open and honest communication, where feedback is seen as a catalyst for growth and improvement
  • close performance gaps with actionable insights and specific areas for development
  • build stronger relationships based on trust, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to continuous learning.

By attending this thrive session, you will learn a practical and proven feedback framework designed to make even the most difficult of conversations more effective, ensuring that feedback becomes an integral part of your professional development journey.

The HIA Jason Windows Building Women Thrive Sessions are devised to support you develop yourself and further your career. These power-lunch workshops are practical, interactive and will have you motivated to action plan and embed new learnings into your day to day.

HIA Building Women is an inclusive event, open to everyone, and we invite both women and men to attend.
