“I don’t want to seem braggy.”
“I get uncomfortable talking about myself.”
“I’m just doing my job.”

These are all phrases we’ve no doubt heard from ourselves, friends and colleagues. But they’re hurtful to ourselves and diminish our own hard work and achievements.

Your career and leadership success depends on you being able to take a proactive approach to demonstrating your achievements, not just hoping that someone will notice.

Key takeaways from this session include:

  • an understanding of why we need to sell ourselves to ourselves first and foremost
  • an understanding of how our own stories, experiences and thought leadership are the basis for our own unique selling proposition
  • ways you can boost your own professional brand both internally and externally to your organisation - becoming an Impact Player
  • key tips and strategies on the five key pillars for sustained career success – going beyond working harder and hoping someone will notice!
  • the ability to show up, lean forward and articulate ideas with persuasion, influence and impact to ensure we are really heard!

Isn’t it about time you got in the driver’s seat of your career?

Introducing the HIA Jason Windows Building Women Thrive Sessions, designed to support you develop yourself and further your career. These power-lunch workshops are practical, interactive and will have you leaving with an action plan to embed new learnings into your day to day.
