When it comes to the careers, leadership and the opportunities we get, it often comes down to who we know, what they know about us, and what we do after we’ve met them.
In this session, we’ll explore:
- Why networking IS working (and it can actually be fun!).
- The power of relationships as the other 50% of your career currency.
- How your circle shapes your success, and the importance of asking who’s in yours.
- How to network in a way that feels good (and that doesn’t have to be forced or transactional!).
But we won’t just talk about it, we’re putting it into action.
You’ll have the chance to put these learnings to the test in a structured (but not snooze fest!) networking session. This is your opportunity to practice new techniques, make meaningful connections, and walk away with some new and real relationships that matter.
Because the best networks aren’t built through small talk about the weather or empty LinkedIn connections — they’re built when we show up with intention, curiosity, and a willingness to connect.

Prior to launching her own business, Shona was ranked 6th in the world as a competitive Ballroom and Latin American 10-Dancer and has represented Australia in 12 different countries.
