Join us in Merimbula for a working lunch while earning 2 CPD points at Club Sapphire this August. HIA Director of Building Policy Shane Keating will unpack the new energy efficiency requirements in the 2022 National Construction Code and implications for BASIX, and give an update on the phase out of engineered stone.

NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure will be attending virtually to give us an update on Planning Portal System.
