Event detail

Better mental health at work? Why it matters.

Creating a mentally healthy workplace has many benefits for both employers and employees. We spend one third of our adult lives working and through research, it’s been proven that workplace mental health and wellbeing is inextricable linked to our overall wellness.

Delivered by Happiness Co, this breakfast focuses on pre-emptive mental health and happiness, encouraging positive wellbeing action within your workforce. Mental wellbeing substantially impacts people's lives and their ability to work meaningfully and productively.

As the first pillar in the Happiness Co’s wellbeing approach, this event will present tools designed to be implemented by participants in their everyday life.

Learn to empower your team members to help them overcome their happiness and wellbeing challenges.

This event will help you:

  • Increase mental health knowledge
  • Cultivate awareness and change
  • Develop powerful tools
  • Create culture for disclosure
  • Affect positive team mindset
  • Support individual empowerment

This topic is of enormous benefit to any level of a workforce and ensures you complement your team's ethical, legal, and workplace wellbeing obligations.
