As a respected industry leader and successful business owner of Leading Energy |ESD, Debbie has a proven track record of guiding organizations through regulatory changes, driving innovation, and shaping best practices in sustainable building design.
John Rampono has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Data and AI. Through his extensive career he has journeyed from database developer to Azure CTO for Data and AI at Microsoft. His connection with Insight began 13 years ago when he joined as their inaugural Principal Consultant for Data and AI launching the practice and guiding it through significant growth for 5 years. He then moved to Microsoft where he led both the Enterprise and Public Sector technical sales teams for Data and AI. After 6 years at Microsoft ,he has now returned to Insight to lead the Data and AI Practice across the Singapore, Australia and New Zealand markets.
Sally North is the WorkSafe Commissioner for Western Australia, regulating work health and safety across the resources and general industries sectors. With over 20 years’ experience at WorkSafe, she began as an inspector and has held various leadership roles. Sally is active on state and national WHS committees and working groups, and holds qualifications in chemistry, occupational safety and health, occupational hygiene, and business administration. She is committed to improving safety through education, compliance, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Sachi Kotecha is the founder of Lenspresso, a Perth-based creative agency dedicated to crafting stunning imagery and powerful storytelling. After studying Film and Marketing at the University of Notre Dame Australia, she identified a gap in the market for businesses needing both high-quality content and organic online growth—leading to Lenspresso’s creation in 2019. With experience across diverse industries, Sachi specialises in helping brands establish a strong online presence through authentic storytelling, photography, and video. Passionate about visual storytelling, she and her team work with businesses of all sizes to create engaging content that drives connection, growth, and lasting impact.
With 25 years of international experience, Peter Bouhlas has led across industries from Oil and Gas to Big Data. Since joining Bankwest in 2016, he has held key roles in Technology Delivery, Home Buying, and Payments and Strategic Partnerships. Now, as General Manager, Products, Peter oversees the entire product customer journey, leading a multidisciplinary team of financial services and technology experts. As a member of Bankwest’s Executive Leadership team, he brings deep expertise in strategy, innovation, and product development.
Mark Tomasz has more than 20 years' experience in financial services, joining Keystart in 2024. Mark has held a number of senior executive positions at HSBC in Asia, Europe and Latin America. He is a qualified CPA Australia accountant and Board member of Nakuru Hope, a charity.
Robbie Figg is the General Manager at Happiness Co. His 2020 concept, the Employee Happiness Program, was the recipient of the Wellness Initiative of the Year for 3 years running, and he is passionate about ensuring individuals leave workshop interactions feeling empowered and enthusiastic about their happiness. He has a study background in positive psychology and social studies, and he has a particular focus on connection, relationships, and maintenance in today's world.
