HIA Senior Economist Maurice Tapang will follow with a sharp economic update, highlighting how global markets, national trends and shifting geopolitics are influencing WA’s building industry right now.
The discussion then turns to the challenge ahead: delivering the next 100,000 homes. From the shortage of shovel-ready lots to infrastructure bottlenecks, trade availability and changing building methods, our expert panel will explore the hard realities — and what it will take to meet the target.
