Proudly brought to you by Williams Group

HIA is honoured to host our Chairpersons Breakfast this year featuring presentations from City of Gold Coast Planning Executives and the Queensland Building and Construction Commission, Gold Coast Office (QBCC). For those with an interest in any of the following this is a couple of hours of investment that your business would benefit from greatly.

City of Gold Coast Representatives will bring clarity to growth, touching on future areas of residential development; lot sizes, detached dwellings and the associated detailed infrastructure and the policy discussion driving development schemes.

QBCC will be discussing their vision on the local office under new local and regional leadership.

Subject to time there will be Q&A opportunities and we look forward to an informative morning assisting in your business planning and forecasting and dealing with regulatory and licencing matters.

Tickets will be hot so snap up your table or individual tickets.

Developers, Builders, Designers and Planners, this is worth taking note!

Gold Coast City Council Panel Speakers:

  • Rowena Michel - Strategic Planning Lead
  • Andrew Saad - Coordinator Strategic Planning Analytics
