Landscaping and gardening are often the last elements of construction before you hand over a dwelling to your client.
Find out how you can provide your client with a garden that can be both aesthetically pleasing, productive and contribute to their personal health and the health of their local environment.
The benefits from growing your own herbs, vegetables and fruits is endless – a sense of wellbeing, a deeper sense of connectedness to your garden and possibly the best part literally being able to share the fruits of your labor with your neighbors.
Learn how you can provide your client with an appealing garden whilst ensuring suitable habitats are provided for birds, bees and other critters.
Raised accessible garden beds, sections of garden that do not require mowing or raking, efficient water capture and storage and how composting does not have to be smelly is just the beginning.
30 years experience in the environment, sustainability and landscape design fields in a range of positions from local community engagement to management of state and national programs focused on creating landscapes that achieve both environmental and human health. Recently completed a PhD at Deakin University on `Creating Sustainable Residential Landscapes in Geelong'.
