The following training material provides instructions for apprentices using the HIA Apprentice online timesheet system. The video tutorial narrates you through the system screens on how to:
- login to the online timesheet system
- change the temporary password
- enter allowances
- create and submit timesheets to host employers for approval
- view previously submitted timesheets
- resubmit rejected timesheets
- view placement information
- ensure on-the-spot timesheet approval.
