This 2-hour workshop provides an overview of not only what is required under NCC 2022 energy efficiency requirements in Victoria today, but also how to understand the minimum standards commencing in 2027.
You will learn about:
- Overview of Net Zero and energy efficiency policy
- Current NCC stringency and compliance pathways
- Energy efficiency elemental provisions changes
- House energy rating software (HERS) changes
- Electrification and “Whole-of-Home” energy use budget
- Efficiency strategies
- Other initiatives (Mandatory disclosure)
- Passive design
- Case studies
