For written cancellations received greater than five business days before the course start date, we will refund all monies paid for that enrolment.
For written cancellations received less than five business days before the course start date, no refund will be given.
Once the course has started we will only refund monies in exceptional circumstances. Requests for a refund must be made in writing.
If we postpone a course you have paid for to an alternative start date you will receive a refund for that course or be offered an opportunity to transfer to the next available course.
If we cancel any part of your training, you will not be liable for costs associated with that portion of the training. You will be provided with a Statement of Attainment for all successfully completed units of competency and offered the opportunity to re-enrol with us or another RTO with full recognition of that statement.
In the event that a participant disputes the outcome of an application for refund – the participant may utilise the complaints process, as outlined in the HIA Learning Feedback, Complaints and Appeals Policy to seek resolution of their complaint.
