Joel Jones is the owner and principal of JJ Building Co., a custom-home builder based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. With over 20 years of experience, Joel leads his team in crafting bespoke, high-end homes. Their flagship project, “Surfside House,” won both the 2024 HIA CSR NSW Home of the Year and Custom Built Home of the Year for its innovative design and was a finalist in the 2025 HIA Australian Housing Awards.
