Motivation is incredible - but you need the discipline because you're never going to be motivated 100% of the time.

About Andy and Angela Smith

Andy and Angela Smith are the Founders of Lifestyle Tradie, co-hosts of The Tradie Show podcast and authors of Start Up, Scale Up, Sell Up. They owned and operated their plumbing business, Dr. DRiP Plumbing, for over 20 years -growing it to a multi-award-winning company with a team of 17 tradies and eight vehicles on the road. But behind the success, their lives were in chaos: long hours, constant stress, and no profit. After hitting rock bottom, they turned it all around by systemising their business and building a model that runs without them. Since 2009, they’ve helped thousands of trade business owners across Australia do the same, teaching proven strategies to win back time, money, and control. Through online courses, books, and their podcast, they share the systems, tools, and mindset shifts that turn busy tradies into successful business owners.
