He’s all about solving problems on the fly and managing boutique builds from start to finish with care. His mix of engineering know-how and practical skill keeps quality and results front and centre.
Dean Backman runs Backman Builders in Melbourne, specialising in sustainable builds and Passivhaus-certified homes. With 12+ years in the game and a family history of builders, Dean’s all about quality craftsmanship and 10-star energy ratings. He works alongside his brother Darryn and brings a family-first vibe to the business.
