These and other local builders progressed as finalists from the Riverina Housing awards that were held in Wagga during September.

“The HIA housing awards recognise building, design and professionalism across forty-seven categories, which gives consumers a great insight into who are the leaders in their field.

The ACT & Southern NSW regional awards take in entries from the South Coast, Riverina, Southern Tablelands, Southwest Slopes, Snowy Mountains and Canberra.
Winners in eligible categories will compete at the 2025 Australian Housing Awards to be held during May in Melbourne next year.
Victorians returning to new home market Vic
“New home sales in Victoria just saw their third consecutive monthly increase, up by 15.7 per cent in the month of May,” stated HIA Executive Director Victoria, Keith Ryan.
Sales of new homes rise to 13-month high
“The volume of new home sales increased by 6.9 per cent in the month of May 2025, to reach the highest level in 13 months,” stated HIA Senior Economist, Maurice Tapang.
Further exemption for work with legacy engineered stone
SafeWork NSW has granted an additional exemption to the prohibition on working with engineered stone. This exemption allows for the temporary removal and reinstallation of existing engineered stone to enable repair or modification work to the supporting cabinetry.
