HIA WA welcomes new President Dean Humphrey

Media Release
HIA WA Executive Director Cath Hart has welcomed the appointment of Dean Humphrey to his new role of Regional President, after serving a two-year tenure as Vice President.
Ms Hart said Dean’s extensive building experience would be beneficial for HIA members and broader figures within the industry.

“On behalf of everyone at HIA, I would like to congratulate Dean on becoming our new Regional President,” Ms Hart said.

“With more than two decades of experience as a registered builder, and being at the helm of Humphrey Homes, Dean possesses first-hand knowledge of industry trends and challenges.

“We know Dean has the proven expertise within the industry and has developed solid foundations with many of our members, which is an integral part of the role.

“I’m very much looking forward to what Dean and I can achieve alongside new Vice President, Tony Ricciardello from Weststyle, as we continue to advocate for WA’s residential construction sector.

“I would also like to take the opportunity to thank outgoing President Phill Theunissen for all of his contributions and support provided while in the role - especially throughout the past 12 months, playing a pivotal role in supporting our members during times of uncertainty.”
