Opportunities to purchase additional annual leave
HIA is committed to providing a work environment that supports a healthy work-life balance. Employees can apply to participate in HIA’s Purchased Leave Program. This allows employees to purchase up to two weeks additional leave per year (six weeks in total) by salary sacrificing, with a fortnightly deduction.
Tertiary Study Assistance
HIA encourages employees to pursue their professional development. We offer Tertiary Study Assistance to help employees take part in tertiary education while working. The program assists staff with tuition fees and allows time off for study or to attend lectures.
