Recipients will have created a healthy, inclusive and supportive work environment with a real commitment to the wellbeing of its female employees, resulting in high staff satisfaction levels and a well-motivated workforce.

Each of the following criteria must be addressed as part of your written submission. Submissions can be uploaded online as word or pdf documents.

This answer is not assessed but simply provides a background to your business for the judging panel.

  2. How long has the business been operating?
  3. How many employees/contractors etc?
  4. What changes/challenges have taken place within the business?
