Creating your contracts using our Contracts Online tool or making a purchase online are the most convenient.
All your past invoices are available online.
To access your invoices on a desktop computer:
Go the dropdown menu located under your name in the top right hand side of the site. From there go to My Invoices.
To access your invoices on a mobile or tablet device:
Select the person icon located in the header of the site. From there go to My Invoices.
Selecting My Invoices takes you to your individual invoices page.
Note: you can always navigate back to here using the steps above or by clicking the magnifying icon in myHIA.
In order to protect our intellectual property and your business, none of our contracts are distributed as PDF files.
The fastest way to purchase and complete contracts is via Contracts Online. However if you prefer using paper copies, place your order at the Shop.
We all make mistakes sometimes. Please contact us and we will assist you with the contract swap.
You can access Contracts Online to create a "draft" contract which you can then save and use at your local device.
For students you might also need to access versions of the Australian Standards. Access standards in the shop.

Using a builder and an owner copy when completing and signing a contract is the best practice in the industry
All claims for refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
We will refund using your original payment method. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs (not exceeding the original cost of postage by HIA to you). Items purchased online may be returned or posted to the nearest HIA office.
Please retain proof of purchase and provide a copy with any returned item. HIA will not normally offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.
