HIA Building Women is all about encouraging and supporting women in residential building and construction through providing opportunities to learn, grow and connect.
The Building Women Mentoring Program has been created with the support of the Construction Training Fund and the Department of Communities to develop leadership skills and opportunities, enhance communication, increase female participation and retention, and provide a support network for women in the residential building industry in Western Australia.
The Building Women Mentoring program is about forging new relationships between two groups: women wanting advice on how to navigate their careers and those who've already made progress. All participants will have the chance to skill up with free training. Download our flyer to share with your colleagues or get in touch for more information.
