Projects will be judged according to:

Notes:
- An eligible project includes any individual dwelling within a multiple dwelling development where two or more dwellings were completed as one project by the one builder. This would include developments known as dual occupancy, duplexes, villas (one storey), townhouses (2-3 storeys), terrace housing, row houses or the like, whether attached or detached.
- These projects are generally classified as Class 1a buildings under the Building Code of Australia. Eligible projects may also be Class 2 buildings due solely to the inclusion of an underground car parking area.
