Online timesheets for host trainers

As a host trainer, find out how to use the online timesheet system.

The following training material provides instructions for host employers using the HIA Apprentice online timesheet system. The video tutorial narrates you through the system screens on how to:

  • login to online timesheets system
  • change the temporary password
  • authorise apprentice timesheets
  • reject timesheets
  • view previously approved timesheets and placement detail.
