HIA Housing Awards provide home builders and designers the opportunity to receive recognition, and showcase their work to the broader industry. Winners and finalists not only receive extensive media promotion for their business, they also get the opportunity to promote themselves as an industry leader.

Entry fees

Regular $385 $330 Friday 13 June at 5pm

Judging

Judging of entries will take place on-site from June to August. HIA Staff will contact each entrant to provide a judging date and time. A representative must meet the judges onsite. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide details of the inspections to the home owner.

The onsite representative must be the builder or project manager responsible for the project. The judges’ decisions are final, and correspondence will not be entered into. Judges reserve the right to reclassify entries.
