{{ propApi.expandedIcon }} {{ propApi.collapsedIcon }}

This form facilitates your contractors reporting an identified hazard and completing a risk assessment while they are on your site.

It is intended to be completed and sent to the principal contractor when any site hazards are identified that require rectifying.

4. Incident notification
{{ propApi.expandedIcon }} {{ propApi.collapsedIcon }}

The incident notification form facilitates any contractors, visitors or suppliers notifying the principal contractor of an incident on-site by completing an incident report.

This form should be completed when an incident or near miss occurs or a worker is injured on-site.

5. Site inductions - visitors and suppliers
{{ propApi.expandedIcon }} {{ propApi.collapsedIcon }}

This form facilitates any site visitors that are not trade contractors recording they have completed an onsite induction. These include: council officers, suppliers, homeowners, etc.

This form is completed when a visitor or supplier enters the site for the first time.

6. Pre-start meeting and toolbox talks
{{ propApi.expandedIcon }} {{ propApi.collapsedIcon }}

This form provides a way for the principal contractor to undertake pre-start meetings and other toolbox talks.

The form should be completed whenever a pre-start meeting or toolbox talk is held by either the principal contractor or other contractors on-site.
